The ISRP organises regular professional conferences and workshops in the fields of pensions and remunerations.

The ISRP organises workshops and conferences to maintain professional networks and promote best practices in its fields of expertise: compensation, benefits, and pensions in international organisations.

The Conference of Associated Organisations (CAO) is a comprehensive forum for the Associated Organisations on the reforms effected by the Co-ordinated Organisations over the past 18 months.

The Workshop on Remunerations, Allowances, and Pensions (WRAP) is organised in co-operation with the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund, the International Civil Service Commission, and Eurostat, and gathers specialists involved in the various aspects of compensation, benefits, and pension administration in international organisations: HR, finance, strategy, law. This workshop is organised every 18 months, in tandem with the CAO, and is hosted each time by a different international organisation.

The European Central Bank will host the next CAO and WRAP on 16-18 April 2024 at their headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany.
